Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location, and are typically between 3-10 business days after processing.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages
S&E is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim, and reach out to us at shairyp1@outlook.com so we can assist you.
