Free Shipping on All U.S. Orders
Every order ships free within the United States. No minimum and no hidden shipping fees.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Delivery Estimates
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. Your estimated delivery date is shown at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number. Tracking will be active within 24-48 hours. You can also check your order status anytime on our Track Order page.

International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please email us at support@sejoyas.com with your order number (and a photo if damaged) and we will help you file a claim with the carrier.
